Project of the month: Engineering and realization of the first of 7 well development containers for Soil drilling company Haitjema B.V. commissioned by Brabant Water N.V.

The purpose of "developing" a new well is to obtain a higher capacity and remove dirt particles left behind in the borehole during the drilling process. It also removes the naturally occurring finer particles around the well in the sand package.

The plant continuously measures and logs data during the process, Based on this data and the pre-entered source data, it calculates when the optimal point is reached and the water extraction well has its maximum capacity. The data is automatically stored in a Microsoft Azure environment for AI analysis.

For us, this is a multidisciplinary project where all our areas of expertise are addressed. From R&D, Hardware engineering, Panel building, Software engineering, Electrical engineering, Security, IT to Mechanical engineering.
