Imagine that you are at the beginning of a tasty new dairy product. As an all-round electrical engineer in the industry, you and your team have installed the complete production line from start to finish.

In the industry you always work together with a friendly team of colleagues. At Koster you get the opportunity to work mainly on projects in the immediate area.

What are you going to do?

• Together with the project leader, you plan the required capacity on the work floor;
• You coordinate, make agreements and manage your team;
• You monitor the planning and share it with the client;
• You keep the drawings and time administration up to date;
• You are responsible for the supply of materials and the necessary equipment;
• You monitor the quality of the work performed by your team;
• You test the electrical installation and put it into operation.

What do we expect from you?

• You have an MBO electrical engineering diploma;
• Knowledge of and experience with utility and/or industrial installations;
• Leadership capabilities and a coaching attitude in the workplace;
• Administratively accurate and correct;
• In possession of the VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain it;
• Working in accordance with occupational health and safety, VCA guidelines and customer-specific rules;
• Driving license B or willing to obtain it;
• Passion for electrical engineering.
