The operateONE control panel is a simple solution for starting or stopping a Universal Robot UR3, UR5 or UR10 (both CB series and e series) at the push of a button. A push button, a potentiometer for free function assignment and an emergency stop are also part of the standard equipment. The control panel is simply Plug & Play connected to the robot controller via the supplied mounting plate. All necessary connections are prepared and described in the manual. The functions of the individual control elements are defined in the robot software. Sample configurations can also be found in the operating manual and on the USB stick supplied. The buttons are equipped with an LED ring with intelligent feedback. A special highlight is the mounting of the robot control panel. It can be mounted with an optimal inclination directly in the field of vision and can be removed. Thus, all operating actions can be carried out from one place and machine states can be visualized at any time. Upon request, additional buttons and potentiometers can be added to the control panel. Optionally, you can get an extension to add the external remote controls of welding machines. Of course, it is also possible to use the control panel for other machines.
